Pretty polite for worked up. I think some valid points were made that maybe weren't exactly pertainant to the original subject but thinking about how any of us might approach finding an answer to some similar question is of interest. the only real answer which isn't very satisfying I know is "it depends".

Above all, I'm more impressed by the fact they racked up 15,700 miles in a year on their engines, running over a 3.5 stretch of Railroad.
