Thanks for the update--one advantage that Puffing Billy has over many historic railway operations is that their terminal station, main yard and shop facilities are just beyond the end of one of Melbourne's electric suburban lines. Walk a few hundred feet and turn your calendar back 100 years. Go from 5' 3" to 2' 6" and take a ride through the foothills.
