I only know of 6, which are the 100-103 and two parts donors. None are scrapped and the two parts locomotives are now with Iowa Pacific.

Edit: I don't know the current status of Burlington Northern #9914, which was Canadian National #104 it appears and planned to be put into operation judging by the primer that they applied to her back then and the number applied to her. I suspect that she's the locomotive that this post states was scrapped after the CN acquisition.
