They have put a brand new roof on the steam shop and made other improvements, the roundhouse will receive a new roof next which is another reason for the Sherman Hill club moving out.
So yes there have been building improvements, but not much else.

The shop was re-roofed almost 10 years ago. Nothing done since.

Inside, the heat (except to the offices) has been removed, as have the insulation and many of the lights. I don't see where any of that is an improvement.

There have been several efforts to get the roundhouse roof fixed, starting back when it was just a small tear that would have cost a few hundred bucks to fix. Instead, it has been left to fester to the point where a large 5 -figure sum is needed.
