Our group has been doing a "Santa in the Caboose" in conjunction with the town's Holiday Open House. We have the families queue in a coach that has been stripped of seats and have tables with coloring pictures and crayons, and a small seating area where we play The Polar Express on a TV.

We didn't do it last year because the Open House was canceled, and we are not doing it this year because there are concerns with proximity and distancing. It has gotten quite packed and rather warm in there the past few years, even with cold temps outside.
