Yes, where does the Pine Bluff group stand on those subjects?

I don't see a realistic way for the 819 to run again. I'm not all that familiar with the territory, but it seems UP (or at least a ferry move) is really the only option. Unless they opt to build a whole new railroad, which financially doesn't make sense. At least it's getting a cosmetic restoration and we have more than enough Northerns running or under restoration; I just don't think they have the money for a 1,472. The only way I see it running in a realistic sense is if its sold, and that won't happen.
