To respond to your snideness:

1) I KNOW that "scholarship money" is available--I've been in two BODs that approved underwriting for certain applicants.

2) I can't read the damned brochures yet because the person in charge of sending them was on vacation, mailed them out late by Priority Mail, and today, Day Four of supposed-to-be-three-day Priority Mailing, my local PO put the #)%$+*@! "item too large for box" slip in my PO box AFTER I checked the box two hours after First Class Mail was supposed to be up (i.e. 1:30 PM), so at best I can run over from the train show an hour after it starts tomorrow, grab them from the counter, run back, and hope anyone notices them more than an hour and a half into the show............. If only they had put it in one of the keyed lockers along with the OTHER four packages waiting for me and my wife.....................
