really, I wonder why the money coldnt go to making a working operating public service train than wasting on hanging a steam engine. An elevated trail? Who's backing that, another Oil supported group?

I'll go buy Monogram's 10 buck Big Boy in HO size, get a string and hang that up....

I've gotten some criticism for talking, even shouting, about how "we don't get no respect." Well, it looks like it still holds true, not just for us but for the freight business, too. Check out this anti-oil train page, and take a look at what they've included as a photo for "inspiration:"

Of course, there are remarks about how railroads are "outdated," no remarks about how to get petroleum products to refineries or even about how we might be overusing or be overdependent on said petroleum products in the first place. . .

I just hang my head to see how crazy my country seems to have become. . .
