If I am reading this thread correctly everyone agrees when your child says you can not come into my room you have to have their permission before entering? Remember the city council's role in the railroad is that of owner not that of antagonist. The judge has also told the city council they can only get rid of members if they are truly negligent.

The fact is the auditors report did not find anything criminal but did figure out that if you constantly go further into debt without eventually paying the bill you wind up out of business.
