Post subject:  fireless cooker in North East Pa

I have been trying to find out the operating schedule of the fireless cooker in North East Pa (which is actually in the north western corner of Pa - explain that to me) and I can not get an answer from anyone about it - its like the whole thing is one big secret. I really want to see this thing run, even if it is on compressed air. I will join the museum if thats what it takes, just can some one please give me some information on when I can see this thing run!
thanks,
Paul

I'm not sure which fireless cooker you're talking about?

I believe you mean Cleveland Electric Illuminating Co. No. 6 Heisler at Lake Shore Railway Museum which has run on compressed air. I've posted the link for the museum; you would have to give them a call to find out when it may operate. > on when I can see this thing run!

Just curious, I was wondering if anyone knew, do the new FRA regs cover fireless engines?
