Those were the good old days, lots of steam everywhere, plenty of hand bombers including D-10's (Ten-Wheelers) on branch mixed trains all over the place; only a bunch of yard diesels and some covered wagons and RS-3's on the main line to tell of what was to come. > List of locomotives assigned to various CPR > engine terminals in 1956 - several still > extant engines listed here. rlkennedy@sympatico.ca |
