That's the Narragansett Pier, defunct shortline in Rhode Island. One 2-6-0 from this RR still exists. Too bad the RR didn't last a little longer.

I remember a classified ad in Trains magazine in the early 1970s offered the railroad for sale for $12,000. -- Ray
