The tower I'm refering to is the Atlantic City Railroad(Reading Company) /PRSL in Tuckahoe ,N.J. The Cape May Seashore Lines is currently restoring the same. See links to pctures. I'm a glad to see this structure being saved and it will be used some of thier office space. They said it will remain intact inside too, with the machine staying in place. It was one of my favorite towers to work,with the armstrong machine and the whole tower shaking when throwing the levers for the switches.
