Does anyone know if the issue with the L1 crankpin has been resolved yet?

The 3254 was running around the yard last Friday when we were there the 2317 had the fire droped to have some work done but they were done and bringing the pressure up before we left at 5.
There might have been two locomotives running around over the weekend.
