More new passenger cars for the thriving White Pass & Yukon narrow gauge. Unlike the other new cars built about a dozen years ago (steel sided with sealed windows), these cars have an old look about them.

Depending on who tells the tale, the price for the new cars was $80K from a group in Washington state.

The new cars a very nice but I wanted to point out the website. Overall it is a very informative and enjoyable website. They do a nice job telling all about a topic that they are passionate about. Spend some time on the White Pass without leaving your home.

Tommy's right! Great web page!. Check out the info on White Pass steam. There is a cool photo of a former D&RG K-28 in Alaska and other neat and probably rare photos!

BTW the new passenger cars are quite nice!

Thanks guys. The website is owned and maintained by Boerries Burkhardt with contributions from a number of dedicated WP&Y supporters. We do it for the fun of sharing our interest; it's nice to know our efforts are appreciated.
