Being taken over by an educational institution. Were these the Pegram (sp?) Shops? Any links to old/recent photos?

This roundhouse is located at the site of the former pullman coach yard. It is not part of pegram.

The roundhouse has been used as a warehouse since the end of steam. Some reports are that it has been modified quite a bit over the past fifty years. The turntable was evidently taken out about the same time as steam ended.
