Not sure how the link below will work, but this website deals with EMD units exported to other countries. If you click on F units in the left frame, then Venezuela, there is a photo of one of two ex-NYC F units said to have been sent south to that country. The unit appears to be sitting on different trucks (isn't their RR system meter gauge?). Both are said now to be scrapped. Were they ever actually used down there?
