Like many of you, I am just dying to know the status of #33. Is she in steam or not? I think all of the engines were supposed to move to Dennison today correct? Also, what about the 0-4-0T being trucked down from Michigan. Did it make it or did that fall through just like her big sister.

On the other hand, part of me would rather find out the answers first hand when I get up there Friday. Nothing like the element of suspense and surprise. It's just like being a kid on Christmas Eve!

Everybody huddled around the internet, crying in their (_______fill in beverage of choice here)... hoping that Jason, John or Ross will come along like Rudolph the Rednosed Reindeer with the words I long to hear...

Seriously, I kinda like the anticipation too... what will Friday bring?... hmm...either way, OC will be a good show... it'll be great to see everybody and the 6325 and 1293 are two sweet runners! Add in Bennett's beautiful E8s and wowsa... must be the biggest party since Sacramento in 1999.

From talking to a crew member during the Morgan Run shop tour last night, #33 is still a couple of weeks away from running. They were still applying lagging and jacketing, there were rods yet to be applied, and a number of miscellaneous details to attend to.

The Steam Railroading Institute's 0-4-0T #75 was running well all day yesterday at the southwest corner of the site, and put on a good show of her own.

I've really enjoyed the event so far. If I had only one recommendation to make, it would be that they could use a few more trash cans at the site. It's hard to find one when you need one.
