Many have been wondering how the 33 is coming and why it did not make Train Festival 2004. The 33 has been a huge project from day one. It didn't make it because of lack of effort. The guys moved into the shop and worked around the clock to have it done for Train Festival 2004. We just ran out of hours. It will be running excursions this fall. Once John Rimmasch, OC's Cheif Mechaincal Officer, gets settled back in he will post a full update an where the 33 stands. Best of luck with the 33. BC&G 13 sure looked sweet on display there in Dennison. What is her status ? May I suggest a double-header with 13 & 33. Congrat's to all at the OC for a fine event. Steve. |
