Many have been wondering how the 33 is coming and why it did not make Train Festival 2004. The 33 has been a huge project from day one. It didn't make it because of lack of effort. The guys moved into the shop and worked around the clock to have it done for Train Festival 2004. We just ran out of hours. It will be running excursions this fall. Once John Rimmasch, OC's Cheif Mechaincal Officer, gets settled back in he will post a full update an where the 33 stands. The whole group of employees and volunteers are to be comended for the effort made to get the 33 done.

It would have been nice to see her, too, but you had so much stuff in those yards already that nobody has any reason to complain. Great job, Jason! Maybe we'll be able to volunteer next time there's a major project.

May I suggest a double-header with 13 & 33.
