There was a picture of a NdeM Union Pacific designed Challenger in the MSN Mexican Railroad site. Was there a NdeM Challenger or this is a inside joke. colinskate@hotmail.com |

Must have been a hoax. The biggest Mexican articulateds were 2-6-6-2s, which came in both standard and narrow gauge sizes. ryarger@rypn.org |

The 3985 was re-lettered/re-numbered for the Clinchfield excursion but it hasn't ever done any N de M special excursions...nor is it planned... |
