C&TSRR yard gets a fence

A new fence along the exit road going South. The fence goes all the way to highway 17. It seems like a lot of the merchants are pretty unhappy about this.

IMHO: If a fence is required, I would of preferred to see something that looked like it belongs. This look IMHO just doesn't fit or look right for the C&TSRR. Just my opinion no more no less.
