The Northern Pacific Railway Museum was able to acquire the original 1941 Ford REA delivery van that served our depot from approximately 1941 to 1960. It then went through two owners until we were able to obtain it for the museum about two years ago. It has recently been moved to our secondary shop for restoration. The van appears nearly identical to the one on Ebay.

We have reopened the original REA freight room and REA office to display all REA artifacts.

Rochester & Genesee Valley RR Museum has a 1939 Ford REA delivery truck. It is currently in the shop awaiting restoration.

Right now, the website does not have any good photos of this piece, but check back soon, as the site is updated frequently

The Mad River and NKP Museum, at Bellevue, OH has a pre-war REA truck. I believe it has a canvas top. I don't know if a photo is on their web site.

These REA delivery vans seem to have a place to post advertisements on the sides. Were these ads strictly for the Railway Express Agency or did they sell this space for other products; e.g. Camel Cigarettes, Westinghouse washing machines, Ford Automobiles, Sinclair Gasoline, etc.?

Thanks.
