Old B&M RDC car undergoing refurbishment at Bedford, Mass., part of a display along the Minuteman Trail, a former Boston & Maine commuter route now a bike path.

Post subject:  Lexington depot

Depot/trainshed at Lexington, Mass., along the same trail. Nice restoration, just needs Mogul 1455 chuffing through it.

It should also be pointed out that the white building to the left of the RDC IS the original 1877 Billerica & Bedford enginehouse, which survived the demise of the narrow gauge and became a Boston & Maine RR freight house.

How many extant shed-style wooden depots are there in the US?
