Yes, its the same Skytop Obs. It was on Exhibit at the Milwaukee Museum of Art in 2003 as part of the "Industrial Strength Design" exhibit which covered the designs of Brooks Stevens, whose firm designed the 1947 Olympian Hiawatha.

Check this link to see what has been done to the car to make it Amtrak compatible. This shot was taken westbound on the former CB&Q west of La Crosse, WI, on the Grand Excursion. Endless volunteer hours and hard earned money went into restoring this car and bringing it up to current standards. I think anyone who rode on it on the Grand Excursion will agree that the cosmetic and mechanical restoration is a first class job.
