Friends--- I just found this one. Check out Prof. David Schulz' Web site <www.iti.nwu.edu> (Northwestern University's Infrastructure Technology Institute) and look in the right hand column, about 1/4 the way down. find the link <audio: MLB.com / Archives for Aug. 16 / "Under the Lights">, click on it and it will lead you to the Major League Baseball site. Scroll down to Aug. 16 2004 and click on _Under the Lights for August 16,2004_. It will open a smaller window with the player and start to download the program. Slide ahead to 1 hour and 30 minutes and 40 seconds to hear Dave's interview. It lasts about 1/2 hour. About 4 minutes into the program he compares the decisions needed to be made about Wrigley Field to what we make with every "new" steam locomotive.
