Anyone been to Prince Albert, Saskatchewan lately? There was a 12-stall roundhouse and machine shop built there in 1954, by Canadian National. It was a brick building, with glass block windows. This was the last roundhouse built to serve steam locomotives in the US and Canada, other than the recent re-creations at museums. It reportedly had a 70-foot turntable, moved there from another site in Prince Albert.

In 1992, the building was partly used by CNR for storage, with the remaining part leased to a lumber company. Anyone have photos or more details?
