Post subject:  Another Flood for W&W

Hurricane Jeanne has dumped a lot of water on us. The developers have paved half of our county, our officials have allowed too many people get away with too much and one more project after one more project has turned into a major problem. A small creek called Hyde Run and the more well known Red Clay have turned into rivers causing more damage to the W&W. The good news is the bridges rebult after Floyd have held again. The bad news is more roadbed has been washed away. However it is not anything you can't fix with lots of fill and stone and track repairs.

The flow in the Red Clay has went from about 50,000 gallons per minute to 2.5 million gallons per minute.
