Not that it makes any big difference, however the date and time posted on both forums is way out of sync with reality. |

| Post subject: | Setting your own time |
The time on the test board is the default, which is Greenwich Mean Time. We never bothered resetting it because it was just a test site. The time on the main board is set by default to US East Coast daylight savings time, or Timezone: GMT-4. You can go into your profile and set your preferred time to local time as follows: Eastern Daylight: GMT -4 hours Central Daylight: GMT -5 hours Mountian Daylight: GMT -6 hours Western Daylight: GMT -7 hours Timezone is the next to last option in your profile. You'll have to reset your options by one hour when we switch to standard time. |

Thanks Eric, I hadn't realized that the profiles were not shared between the alpha, and beta format forums. Changing profile data like the time offset on one does not change the same profile data on the other. Mike |

Mike Sometime tonight we'll make the switch to the new format. At that time all the information, login, user profile, settings, etc. will be migrated to the new board, after that the old board will go away. (It had a short life.) |
