Steamtown has just posted ([url]www.nps.gov/stea/exc.htm[/url]) for a steam excursion on January 15, 2005, going up to an ice cutting festival in Tobyhanna, PA. I guess 3254 will be used. Mainline steam in the dead of winter up on the Pocono plateau. Should be good.
