Nice page devoted to the Lincoln funeral train of 1865. The eight axle car was later destroyed by fire (detailed here in old newspaper clipping), but I believe some artifacts are in the new UP museum in Council Bluffs.

Yes, the Union Pacific Museum in Coucil Bluffs does display artifacts identified as being from the car. I visited the museum just over a week ago when back in the area to see family, etc.

The Museum displays a desk, sofa, chair, and silver pitcher that are said to have been inside the car.
