This is probably old news, but I wondering whatever became of this? Is there really going to be a new OP&E incorporated elsewhere in Oregon, or did the idea just fade away. This above link hasn't been updated since 2002, and I couldn't find a peep about it anywhere else.

Can anyone fill me in on the story? Thanks.
