| Post subject: | Several vintage Hancock valves available |
Hello, During cleanout efforts at work, I can across four vintage solid brass Hancock valves. These were presumably used in an industrial application and are probably 1950's vintage. They were slated for the trash. There are four valves total and two have knobs(these two appear unused). The knobs are very similar to those seen on the backheads of steam locomotives. The valves have 3/4" fittings on both ends, are three turn (with brass indicators), and are marked 150S and 300WOG. They are extremely dirty and look nice. If these can be used by someone for a cosmetic or operational restoration, please contact me off line at hubbard5004@att.net. They are free if you pay for postage which could cost a few dollars. They are fairly heavy. Thanks, Paul |
