I would like to post a correction about the 1993 and 1994 train show weekends. There were not sponsered in anyway by the City of Morehead. These were co sponsered by J & D Machine Works, Inc. and Homer Gregory Lumber Co.

During these weekends, we operated Baldwin RS 12 #1200 and had most of the equipment out on display. Most found the track laying demonstration very interesting.

I appreciate all the volunteers who helped with these events.

I certainly hope you can eventually post some photos and more information about the M&NF. I think we would all like to read a bit more about its history and the attempted revival in the 1990s. The Railroad Days events were not reported on in any publication that I know of, and I never was able to get photos for an article in L&RP. I believe three former M&NF steam locomotives still exist.
