Post subject:  Status of this F unit?

Some years ago, the hulk of this Alaska RR FP7 was owned by one of their locomotive engineers, who planned to restore it. It was completely gutted, as if in an overhaul that was cancelled midway through, and apparently vital carbody parts (roof hatches, etc.) were scrapped in the process. Does it still exist? What is its status today? Photos?

Also, this photo of the 1512 in what I think is its original paint scheme (what were the colors?), taken in 1967. It and the 1510 are now operating a tourist train in Arizona, with eagles painted on their sides.
