Just returned from Argentina & can confirm the entire 251 mile long 30" gauge route is back in service. Baldwins #1 & 6 and Henschel #105 were used on the round trip, in single, double & triple headed service. The line connects with the national railways system at Jaccobacci & runs south to Esquel. A long way to travel, but well worth it for the longest all steam narrow gauge railway remaining in the world.

Wow. Any photos? I loved the Theroux book by the same title. For those who haven't read it, I recommend it.
