A woman who caused the death of a Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch miniature railway driver when she ignored flashing warning lights at a level crossing and collided with his locomotive in August 2003 has been fined £500 and banned from the road for a year.

Which only proves that the UK Justice system is a joke..... All this does is to reinforce the view that using a motor vehicle to cause someones death is not really a crime.
