In other UK updates...... A woman who caused the death of a Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch miniature railway driver when she ignored flashing warning lights at a level crossing and collided with his locomotive in August 2003 has been fined £500 and banned from the road for a year. http://www.heritagerailway.co.uk/headline.htm for more details. |

Which only proves that the UK Justice system is a joke..... All this does is to reinforce the view that using a motor vehicle to cause someones death is not really a crime. G (Disillusioned UK citizen) |
