A few more photos of ongoing work on this 4-8-4, being worked on by volunteers at the New Hope & Ivyland RR in Pennsylvania.
Taken this month.

I've never seen published stats for this engine, how does it compare with Ohio Central's 6325? I would imaging they are similar.
Here are some numbers on the Ohio engine, so you don't have to look that half of it up.

I am all for another locomotive in steam but isn't this locomotive about 8 sizes too big for what they are doing?

Maybe it won't work out. But maybe seeing if it does will be the best adventure ever.

Well I would certainly argue the fact that Jensen refused to move 5632 & I think others would too...............................................................Wooly

Nope, wrong engine, I was comparing the Ohio Central 6325 (ex GTW 6325) to NdeM 3028. Jensen's 4-8-4 that was scrapped was Burlington (CB&Q) 4-8-4 5632. The 5632 was at least 70,000 lbs heavier than the 6325!
