I've pointed these out before, but lots of new material here. Mark Bassett heads up the Nevada Northern operation at Ely, Nevada and writes these columns for the local newspaper. They are one of the best efforts I've seen of a RR museum communicating with the locals, who in many cases don't see much value in saving their past.
