The restoration of SP 786 reached a new milestone when one half of the cylinder saddle has been completed. The other half will be poured on December 16. If I knew how to post a pic of it I would.perhaps some one can share that info with me? |

Congratulations on the new saddle half being ready. That is great news indeed! In regards to posting photographs, you need to upload it to a website first. Only then can you link to it from this forum. I've been using a free account at photobucket.com. It's easy to use and they include a copy/paste tag for each image to imbed it in a forum, like so:
The train shed from Union Station in Nashville TN, taken the day before it was torn down. The platform had previously been filled in to make it a parking area. |
