Madison Milwaukee roundhouse question

Was the roundhouse below the one in Madison, Wisconsin that was redeveloped into offices or was it the C&NW facility?

I believe the roundhouse that was redeveloped into offices was the old C&NW roundhouse. This one is along the now Reedsburg Sub of the UP that the WSOR operates along Commercial Ave. The Reedsburg sub use to go all the way to the Twin Cities many years ago.
