Someone visited this small facility recently and it looks like it is still standing. It was used jointly by the Colorado & Southern and Fort Worth & Denver, which were both Burlington subsidiaries:

Here's a newspaper story on Texline, which requires registration, but is interesting. The town is still a crew change point on BNSF.
