Dear All--

due to a change in my work circumstances and increased volunteer committments in my private time, I will be stepping down as an active moderator of the Interchange.

Since this past summer, Ed Fritz and Randy Hees have been working with me as co-moderators of the Interchange, and they have both agreed to continue as joint moderators in 2005. If you have questions about the Interchange or concerns about the board, please feel free to contact Ed and Randy--you can find links to their profiles at the top of the Interchange home page, and from their profiles you can send either of them a Private Message.

Thanks for the warm support so many of you have given me as moderator, and please extend the same support to Ed and Randy. I am completely confident that in their capable hands, the Interchange will continue to be a courteous and productive place to talk railway preservation.

I will be continue to be actively involved with RyPN wearing my "other hats" as a board member and as Treasurer.

Happy New Year,

Erik Ledbetter
Treasurer, RyPN Inc.

Erik
You have done a great job of it and I do understand how commitments can change for people.

Good luck with your new endeavors, Erik, I know how taxing it can sometimes be moderating a forum. ;)

Thanks guys. I'm not going anywhere, I just won't be moderating this year.

I'll admit I'm a little sad to see you handing over the reigns.. I've always enjoyed and respected your moderating style.
