Tiefa's KD6 running

If you scroll down this Japanese steam site, there is a photo of the KD6 locomotive in China that has just been rebuilt for a proposed excursion operation. You can enlarge the photo by clicking on it. KD6 locomotives, of course, are former USATC 2-8-0s, built in the USA during WWII.

Looking good! I saw many of these in service around Shanghai & Hangzhou in the early & mid 1980s. Nice to see one preserved in operating condition.
