Guatemala-El Salvador updates

Looks like trains are still running in Guatemala, but the El Salvador system is shut down. Some equipment may be available for purchase.

The El Salvador national railways has a website that seems to show they are indeed in business. If all goes well I am going to try to get down there this summer and see what is running.
