Does anyone out there know of any Morehead and North Fork Passenger Train tickets available for sale of borrowing?

I have recently restored the ticket cancellation stamp machine and would like to manufacture some duplicate tickets.

I found a photo of them in Elmer Sultzer's book "Ghost Railroads of Kentucky" but have been unable to attain one locally.
