There have been several replicas of England's first Rocket locomotive, but is this the genuine original?

This looks like the genuine article that I last saw in the Science Museum in London in the late 1980s. Caption says it was at the National Railway Museum, which is run by the Science Museum, but the background doesn't look like York at all.

That is York, it's under a railway footbridge. The replicas are "as built" the original is "as rebuilt".
