At least the commute to Spencer will be easy next year.
For those of you who missed it, TRAIN 2000 was great. I missed the Nevada Northern trip, but the Heber double header in the snow was fantastic, and the reenactment of the Golden Spike photo by the attending members was wonderful.
Food was superior to the usual rubber chicken too. Great breakfasts in the Hotel included custom built while you wait omelets and a pound of prime rib at the banquet.
I could have used some more seminars and a few more exhibitors. Other than that, and the driving on snot conditions Sunday AM trip to SLC airport a fine time was had by all.
With ARM and TRAIN in joint conference in temperate climes next year, plans should be made now to attend. What were those dates again, Jim?
Dave
lathro19@idt.net |
