On steamlocomotive.com, the listings show a sunken L&N locomotive near Slidell, Louisiana. Does anyone know or have a good idea what locomotive is down there? |

This is news to me. I am curious, but I remember that he also had several ex C&O 2-8-4s listed on the website that don't exist anymore, and the long-rumored B&O 4-4-0 that is supposedly in a barn in Ohio. In other words, take it for what it's worth. Then again, if someone can point me to some evidence that there is an L&N locomotive underwater, then I'll be happy to admit that I'm wrong. |
